An automatic or semi-automatic stretch wrapper you already own. The whole system is small, a 4-inch camera and a 10-inch unit. It mounts on a wall, post, or fixture within six feet of your wrap station. Any wrapper brand works.

FAQ
What does it cost if I continue the service after 30 days?
Less than you're probably losing to denied claims, manual documentation, and over-wrapping right now. Here's a number you already know: it costs less than renting a single warehouse forklift for the month. And unlike that forklift, it never takes a break, never misses a load, and runs every shift whether anyone is watching or not. The 30 days of data from your dock will show you exactly what it's worth on your floor.
What does the contract look like if I decide to continue the service?
Month-to-month, no annual commitment, no balloon payment. You can buy the hardware outright or stay on a rental agreement, and either way you get the rate we usually reserve for a 12-month commitment, with none of the lock-in. If you decide not to continue, you return the hardware and we part ways.
Will this work with my wrapper or wrap station?
If you have a turntable wrapper, yes. Brand doesn't matter. The camera mounts on the wall within six feet of the wrapper and runs independently. If your wrap station uses a rotary arm, orbital, or ring wrapper, this pilot isn't the right fit yet, but tell us in your application and we'll let you know when it is.
Is it easy to install?
Yes. The kit ships with step-by-step instructions and most facilities are up and running in under an hour. If you get stuck, you have a direct line to our support team for questions or issues at any point during install.
Can I use it on more than one wrapper during the pilot?
No. The pilot covers one wrap station. That's enough to show you what the data looks like and what kind of return to expect. If you want to roll it out to additional wrappers after the pilot, we'll talk through that when you decide to keep it.
What if I want to add more wrappers later?
We think you will. That conversation happens at day 30 when you decide whether to keep the pilot unit. Adding wrappers is straightforward once we have your facility set up.
What does "become an authorized reseller or affiliate" mean?
There are two paths if you want to sell PalletVision to others after running the pilot.
Official Reseller — You buy units from us at wholesale and resell them to your customers. You set the price, you carry the inventory, you own the customer relationship.
Sales Affiliate — You refer customers to us and earn a commission on every sale. No inventory, no pricing, no customer ownership.
How do I return it if I decide not to keep it?
We send you a return kit and cover the shipping. You pack the unit, drop it off, and you're done. The card on file is only there in case the unit isn't returned within the return window.
Who owns the data from my pilot, and is it secure?
You own your data. We retain a copy that's covered by our standard contract terms, which we share before the pilot starts so there are no surprises. All data is encrypted and stored on infrastructure that meets the security standards your auditors would expect.
